    CONDITION

    The reverse was written to auntie and uncle, by a young boy in a childish all-over scrawl, including his hand drawin sketch of a "stamp". It was never mailed nor does it have a real stamp.
    REMARKS
    : vintage ,exact age unknown...but before this type charicature was considered politically incorrect...Probably 1920-1950s era range
