Unusual Antique Reed & Barton Silver Plated Small Ornate Footed Pitcher

This Antique Reed & Barton Silver Plated Small Ornate Footed Pitcher seems very unusual!  I am unable to secure a date but I based on the embellishment I believe it is quite old.  I don't know who the person on the pitcher might be, but I'm guessing they were important!  The pitcher stands 7" tall from the bottom of a foot to the very top of the handle. The widest part of the pitcher is approximately 10.5" around.  The bottom is marked "Mfd & Plated by Reed & Barton" and has the number 2064.
