Description:
LithoMap is the first commercially available production compatible system for characterizing state-of-the-art lithographic and etching equipment. The system consists of a computer, disk drives, electrical testing module and x/y wafer probe.
The system employs electrical resistance measurements of special test structures to determine the overlay accuracy, dimensional control, and particulate levels necessary to characterize the performance of alignment and etching equipment.
