Cummins 6BT Diesel Engine, used, with NV4500 5speed transmission 364k

Great for your boat project or perhaps you want to convert that automatic to a manual tranny?  This is a used six cylinder diesel engine and the attached transmission.  I believe this is the original motor that was in this truck.  It has 363,384k miles on it.  I have owned it for nine years.  Runs great and starts right up!  I installed new piston rings, new connecting rod bearings, new alternator, new starter, new turbocharger, new power steering pump and I re-sealed the vacuum pump (note: I did most of this work 7 years ago, but the engine has zero miles on it since then - it has sat in my barn, with occasional starts up to circulate the oil).  I have already "peened" the "killer dowel pin" - it will never fall out. The sale will include the starter, alternator, vacuum pump, power steering pump, injection pump, lift pump, turbo, air filter.  Batteries not included, but with your purchase, the rest of the truck is free (1996 Dodge 3500 dually)!  The output shaft seal on the transmission has a small leak.  A new output shaft seal is included with the sale.  Cannot ship, but please come here on a Saturday to inspect and drive and see if this motor is right for you.  Please make an appointment and please come on a Saturday.  Horse pasture on left side of Grossie in Lafayette.  Sorry about the photos, but there is only a limited number of views that I can capture of an engine which is installed in a vehicle.  I am pretty sure that this (along with the other Cummins I listed - see separate listing) is the cheapest 6BT on ebay (running motor).  Take advantage.   Message me any questions or requests for additional photos.  Cash sale.  Thanks
