    Silver bar from the Franklin Mint. The scene is Christmas 1971 Sleigh Scene. It is described as 1000 grain, solid sterling. In original box with COA, although the plastic blue holder inside of the box is broke.  The outside white box has Silver 1971 Xmas Franklin Mint written on top.
