    Description

    Scott #C7 plate block (LH), C8 block (NH), and C9a booklet pane (NH, sans left tab). The booklet pane has a printer's error on the upper left stamp. A foreign object was on the die during printing. It has left a blue oval on the front and, when viewed from the gum side, has embossed its shape into the stamp. Unique?
