CONDITION
REGULAR LF PAPER (#727) + LF PAPER WITH HB PARTICLES (UNLISTED).  SEE BILESKI NOTE.  THE SECOND PICTURE TAKEN UNDER A UV LIGHT SHOWS THE HB PARTICLES IN THE RIGHT BLOCK.  AS BILESKI NOTES, VERY FEW PAPERS WERE PRINTED LIKE THIS.  ABOUT 200 TIMES RARER THAN THE REGULAR LF PAPER.  APPARENTLY ROLL-ENDS OF HB PAPER WHERE MIXED UP WITH THE REGULAR PAPER DURING PRODUCTION.  ACCORDING TO BILESKI, HE HAS FOUND THE HB PARTICLES IN BOTH LF AND NF ISSUES.
All stamps have no material defects unless shown in pictures or specifically noted in Description.  Please look closely at pictures and ask a question before bidding if you are uncertain/concerned about the condition.  Stamps delivered without background mounting materiel or pages.  If there is a difference in the title and the picture, please enquire before bidding unless you are happy with either.
SHIPPING
I will gladly combine shipping on multiple
purchases up to total value bought in a 7 day period for an additional cost of 40cents per item as long as they are paid for with one PayPal payment.  If you pay for items individually, you will not benefit from reduced S/H costs.  Wait for or ask for a combined invoice before paying.  To ensure your are fully reimbursed if the item is lost in the mail, ask for registered mail.  Additional cost will be to Canada, to the US and to the rest of the world.
Purchases over in total will be sent registered mail at buyer's expense.
PAYMENT
I would appreciate payment within 8 days.  International and US buyers are responsible for all tariffs, duties, fees and VATs.

UNUSED OR MNG - a mint stamp with no visible cancellation, no gum remaining, and has never been used for postage.
MINT - Stamp(s) have not been used for postage, backs could be MNH, MH or UNUSED
CV - Unitrade Catalogue Value (2017)
VF - Overall condition rating, Very Fine.  Sound paper and bright color, excellent centering.
F - Fine overall condition rating.
FVF - a stamp with good margins rated between fine and very fine.
EF/Select - an exceptional stamp with almost perfect margins, pristine gum, and generally excellent paper and color condition.
OG - Original Gum
CTO - Cancelled to order
MOGH - Mint stamp with original gum, previously hinged, with or without hinge remnant.
MVLH/MLH - a mint stamp that has a very light or light hinge marking.
